Cookie policy

Last updated: November 2026

What they are

Cookies and similar technologies (such as sessionStorage or localStorage) are small files or pieces of data a website stores in your browser. This policy complies with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE.

Who is responsible

Jackie Khemani, a self-employed professional trading as Veltrona AI. Full details are in the Legal notice.

Strictly necessary storage (no consent required)

These are always active because the website needs them to work or to remember your choice:

  • Language: set by the address (/ or /en) to show the site in Spanish or English.
  • Visit source (sessionStorage, key “veltrona:attribution”): keeps the campaign parameters from the URL (utm, gclid, fbclid) to attach them to your enquiry if you send the form. It is deleted when you close the tab.
  • Cookie choice (localStorage, key “veltrona:consent”): stores whether you accepted or rejected advertising cookies, when you did so and which version of the notice you saw, so we don't ask again and can prove your choice. We ask again after 24 months or if the cookies we use change.

Advertising cookies (only if you accept)

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. We use it to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads: page visits, enquiries sent through the form and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons. Meta receives that activity together with technical data from your browser (such as your IP address and browser type) and may combine it with your Meta account if you have one.

  • _fbp (veltrona.es, first-party cookie): identifies the browser so visits can be measured. Lasts 3 months.
  • _fbc (veltrona.es, first-party cookie): created only if you arrive from a Meta ad, to link the visit to that ad. Lasts 3 months.
  • fr and other Meta cookies (facebook.com, third-party cookies): set by Meta for advertising and measurement. Duration according to Meta's cookie policy (facebook.com/policies/cookies).

If you click “Reject”, or make no choice, the Meta Pixel does not load and no advertising events are sent. Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.

How to change your choice

You can accept or reject advertising cookies at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. If you withdraw your acceptance, the pixel stops immediately and we delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies. You can also delete or block storage in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge).

External services

The WhatsApp and Google Calendar buttons open those services in a new tab. This website does not set their cookies; when you visit them, Meta's and Google's cookie policies apply.
