Data controller

The data controller is an individual working as a self-employed professional (autónomo) under the trade name Veltrona AI:

  • Full name: Jackie Khemani
  • Tax ID (NIF): 54587273Q
  • Address: C/ La Colonial, 6, 28320 Pinto (Madrid)
  • Email: veltronaia@gmail.com

This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). “We” refers to this controller.

Contact and quote forms

The website has two forms: the contact form on the home page and the quote form on the demo page (also reached through the QR code). When you send either of them we collect:

  • Name and email (required).
  • Company and phone or WhatsApp (optional).
  • The service or type of solution you are interested in and, on the contact form, an indicative budget and your message.
  • Visit source: language, the page you write from and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid) if you arrived through a link or ad.

Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, send you a proposal. The visit source is only used to understand which channels and campaigns bring us enquiries.

Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention: while we handle your enquiry and, if we do not end up working together, for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, data is kept for as long as the relationship and legal obligations (such as tax) require.

Disclosure: we do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Only the service providers listed below have access to it.

Lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We advertise our services on Facebook and Instagram to find new clients. Depending on how you respond to an ad:

  • If you click through to this website, the address includes campaign parameters (such as fbclid or utm_campaign). They are only stored with your enquiry if you send a form, as explained above.
  • If you fill in a Meta form inside Facebook or Instagram (lead forms), Meta passes on to us the data you enter, usually your name, email, phone and answers to its questions.
  • If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel lets us measure which ads bring visits and enquiries (see the next section).

Data received through these campaigns is handled for the same purpose (replying to your enquiry), on the same legal basis (your consent when you send the form) and for the same retention period as the website form. We do not send Meta your name, email, phone or the content of the forms on this website.

AI voice demo

If you use the “Talk to our AI” demo, your browser will ask for microphone access. The audio of the conversation and its transcript are processed by Retell AI so the agent can reply to you. Please do not request or share sensitive data during the demo. Calls end automatically after 30 seconds. Legal basis: your consent when you start the call.

Service providers

We work with these data processors, under the data protection terms required by article 28 GDPR:

  • Lovable Cloud: website hosting and the database where enquiries are stored.
  • Resend: sending the email that notifies us of each enquiry.
  • Retell AI: processing audio and transcripts for the voice demo.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

Only if you accept advertising cookies in the cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel, by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta receives the pages you visit, that you sent an enquiry (without your name, email, phone or message) and that you clicked a WhatsApp button, together with browser data such as your IP address, browser type and Meta cookie identifiers. Meta uses this data to measure and improve our ads and, as joint controller for that collection, under its own policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).

Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer, without affecting prior processing. Meta may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details are in the Cookie policy.

WhatsApp and Google Calendar

The “Message us on WhatsApp” and “Book a call” buttons open external services (WhatsApp, by Meta, and Google Calendar, by Google) in a new tab. Any data you share there is governed by those services' own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by emailing veltronaia@gmail.com with the subject “Data protection”. We will reply within one month at most.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, a database with no public access, and access restricted to the owner, who handles the enquiries.
